BREAK was a multimedia installation presented at the CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary in May 2023. (click arrow for more info)
BREAK consists of 4 digital photo collages printed on matte archival inkjet paper and mounted, as well as an augmented reality experience that permeates throughout the entire gallery space. The photos are arranged on the wall in such a way as to represent a map of the overall gallery space. With each photo representing its corresponding digital sculpture in the gallery. The digital sculptures in turn utilize the photographs as their textures for the “hand” sculpted 3d models made in Blender.
